Located in The Tulsa Arts District at the intersection of Archer and Main, Sisserou’s Restaurant concept is inspired by the colorful cuisine of the island of Dominica, the Nature Isle of the Caribbean. Although inspired by a specific little known island, our menu includes a broader spectrum stylized on authentic Caribbean cuisine with a touch of European and American influences. Month of Nog continues this week with Mallory's traditional Jamaican egg nog spiked with Appleton's Estate Rum and Courvoisier VSOP. She simmers whole and coconut milk with beaten sweetened egg yolks. The mixture is then blended with house whipped cream, allspice and nutmeg and garnished with a honey rim of our candied walnuts.
